Ensuring the right people are ready at the right time and making new colleagues excited about Bonheur? As a Staff Planner & Recruiter, you combine planning, recruitment, and above all, a lot of contact with people. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

What will you be doing?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Together with the location managers, you ensure that the planning at the various Bonheur locations is correct. With a good pool of permanent and flexible employees, you know how to create the right balance. If extra reinforcement is needed, you are the link between the large pool of on-call workers, temporary staff, and the locations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Does a shift unexpectedly open up? Then you spring into action! You check who is available within our pool, switch between different Bonheur locations, and arrange support via our temporary employment partners where necessary. At the same time, together with the locations, you keep a close eye on where extra employees are needed, so that you not only solve problems but can also look ahead. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the home matches of Willem II and Tilburg Trappers, you have a different role. You build these staff schedules from the ground up. You put the teams together, ensure everyone is in the right place, and communicate clearly in advance where and when employees are expected. Around the matches, you are also the point of contact for everything related to personnel deployment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, recruitment plays an important role in your position. You conduct introductory interviews with new on-call workers and discover where their talents, interests, and preferences lie. Based on that, you look at which Bonheur location someone fits best. Subsequently, together with the location, you ensure a good start and arrange training or an introduction where necessary. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

You also remain involved afterwards. You help with the onboarding and offboarding of both permanent and flexible staff, and organize, for example, location tours, training evenings, and meetings for our on-call workers. In addition, you also support administrative tasks such as hour overviews. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In short: you ensure that our locations can count on sufficient and suitable colleagues, that open shifts are quickly resolved, and that our match schedules are organized to perfection.<\/p>\n\n\n

No two days are the same. One moment you are looking for reinforcement for a location, the next you are sitting across from a potential new colleague, and a moment later you are puzzling over the staff planning for a full home match. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
