When you finalize your reservation with Bonheur Horeca Groep, hereinafter referred to as BHG, the following definitions and payment terms are applicable.
The Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (UVH) apply to all agreements with Bonheur Horeca Groep. The UVH are binding for everyone who uses our services. These conditions can be found at: www.khn.nl/uvh-en
Does your reservation have a value of €2,000 or more? Then, the day after your reservation is finalized, you will receive a deposit invoice for 20% of the reservation value with a payment term of 14 days. Subsequently, 5 weeks prior to your reservation, we will send you a second deposit invoice for 50% of the reservation value. The amount must be credited to our account no later than 14 days before the meeting. We will deduct both deposits (totaling 70%) from the final invoice. For the final invoice, we apply a payment term of 14 days. If the invoice needs to be uploaded as an e-invoice to a portal, we charge administrative costs of €17.50 excluding VAT.
All mentioned amounts include VAT unless stated otherwise.
The prices stated in this quotation are the applicable prices for the current year. Prices are indexed annually on January 1st.
Bonheur Horeca Groep exclusively provides the catering at its locations.
Bringing and providing your own drinks and food is not permitted.
