What will you be doing?

As a Sales & Events Coordinator, you will work from our head office and be involved in organizing a wide range of business meetings and events at Prise d’Eau Golf, the Koning Willem II stadium, and with the Tilburg Trappers. You guide clients from the initial inquiry to the execution and are regularly present yourself to ensure everything runs perfectly. The role consists of approximately 60% sales activities and 40% event execution and home matches.

You are the first point of contact for clients and translate their wishes into suitable proposals. You process reservations, prepare quotes, and maintain contact with relations. During events and home matches, you are visible on the floor, managing colleagues and together ensuring a hospitable experience that guests look back on with pleasure.

• You maintain contact with existing relations and also know how to attract new clients.
• You work together with the sales team to achieve turnover targets and actively follow up on leads.
• You are responsible for after-sales and ensure a strong customer relationship, even after the event.

What you bring

You are hospitable, entrepreneurial, and switch effortlessly between the office and the floor. You feel comfortable in contact with clients and work accurately, including when preparing quotes. Additionally, you are flexible and available during events and matches of Willem II and/or Tilburg Trappers.

• You have strong communication skills.
• You work accurately and have a commercial mindset.
• You have an affinity for the catering and hospitality industry.
• You are flexibly available.
• You have at least a vocational (mbo) degree. A relevant education is a plus, preferably Hospitality Entrepreneur Manager, Leisure & Events, or a similar field.
