In 1986, Patrick Verbunt started a meeting venue in his home on Bredaseweg. Later, a conservatory with a restaurant and additional rooms followed, and in 1996, he opened the adjacent four-star boutique hotel Auberge du Bonheur. There, he laid the foundation for Bonheur Horeca Groep. Since then, Bonheur has grown into a leading hospitality organization in Tilburg.
